

Joe Hoffer

Mr. Hoffer is an expert in operations. From construction projects to production overseas, teambuilding and negotiating, his skills are impeccable. He attended Longwood University where he received his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics. In 1997 Mr. Hoffer obtained his Master’s degree from the University of Tennessee in Hospitality, Tourism and Recreation. He began working as an Operations Director for a 300-seat event facility attached to a 180-room hotel, where he was Vice President and General Manager.
In 2002 Mr. Hoffer became the Vice President of Operations for NuVision Marketing and Hospitality, a full-service management company in Tampa, Florida. In addition, he obtained both his Florida Real Estate license and Appraiser’s license. He was responsible for landing multi-million dollar clients including McAfee, Trump International and ADT. In addition, Mr. Hoffer was responsible for overseeing the execution of the company’s high level marketing and incentive programs for two years negotiating with top resort and hotel companies, airlines and attractions.
In 2007 he founded CynerGreen, a hospitality and meetings industry marketing company that gained its’ first client within just a few months, Microsoft. Mr. Hoffer has designed and produced marketing and promotional strategies for Microsoft events, conferences and company retail stores including providing concepts, designs, prototypes and final products. He has worked extensively overseas on product manufacturing, safety, testing, logistics and international shipping. His products have appeared on QVC and throughout hotels and resorts worldwide. Additionally, in retail stores including Toys R Us. He, his wife and daughter were named “Eco Heroes” by the Arkansas Democrat Gazette in 2010 for their work in environmental awareness.
In 2011 the couple developed a high-end retail concept called “Eco-Fab”. The test pop-up store featured various recycled, upcycled and repurposed items for sale including gifts, apparel and their CynerGreen products. The concept was placed in a high-end shopping district in Little Rock and was very well received. Mr. Hoffer was responsible for the design and delivery of many of the products carried in the store including a line of organic bath and body products, VALE. The products are now sold in retail stores and plans exists for making Eco-Fab the retail store inside of all CynerGreen resorts and projects. VALE organic bath products will be featured in room as guest amenities and as a part of the Spa.
